Returns
We offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on any item's actual sale price.
You can exchange for something else, get a refund to your original payment source or opt for a Store Gift Cardvalued at 110% to use at a later date.
Please click here to start a return. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for items that have been used, soiled, have tags removed or missing original packaging.
All shipping expenses in both directions will be covered by Number 9 Fashion in the unlikely event that the original item was faulty.
We include full size chart information in metric for all items to make it easier to measure yourself and compare. Unfortunately size classifications are non uniform the world over, so we provide actual measurements of each design individually. Where needed we also provide sizing advice based on fabric used and design considerations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
